Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset offers specialized primary care services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, intersex and asexual (LGBTQIA) adults at our Babs Siperstein PROUD Center.

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can get the medical care you need at all stages of your life. PROUD stands for Promoting Respect, Outreach, Understanding and Dignity. Our goal is to provide health services to the LGBTQIA community in an evidence-based, culturally-competent manner. We currently provide care for people age 18 and older.

The PROUD Center is located on the hospital’s campus, offering adult patients access to our comprehensive health care services such as laboratory, radiology, cardiology, emergency, oncology, and rehabilitative services, and an on-site Walgreen’s pharmacy.

Telehealth services are also available.
